Aurélie Bidermann has excellent taste. The Parisian-born jewelry designer is beloved for her bohemian yet polished creations, but upon meeting her, it becomes evident that every aspect of her life is stylish. Her own personal style is a mix of insouciant Frenchness meets chic wanderlust, and her stores are a study in beautiful design. She also cooks, has recently become a mother, and has admitted that when packing for a vacation (her favorite summertime spot is Corsica), she likes to pack her jewelry according to event and occasion. Here, as Paris Fashion Week begins, she shares her favorite new things about the City of Love.
@HOLIDAYMAGAZINE is my favorite new Instagram account. It's a fantastic mix of international art, lifestyle, and fashion. The content offers a lot of great Parisian style inspiration.
VIVANT CAFE I recently came across an amazing and quaint new restaurant in Paris called Vivant Cafe. The space is small and cozy, and the kitchen runs right alongside the bar so you can see all of the food being prepared. The menu consists of many seasonal vegetables and healthy options as well—my favorite!
MIMOSA MOBILE My favorite piece from my new SS17 collection has to be the Mimosa Mobile Earrings. They are such a statement piece that can complete any look.
HOLIDAY CAFE I recently stumbled across a new coffee shop, Holiday Café, and I cannot get enough of it. The store front is incredibly inviting with its all-white charm. When the weather is nice, I like to sit outside and enjoy an espresso and chocolate croissant. The granola with yogurt, seasonal fruits and honey is another of my favorites to pair with a morning coffee.
ANDY WARHOL My favorite book is The Philosophy of Andy Warhol : From A to B and Back Again. It's a classic that I can read over and over again. I have always adored art since I was a little girl, as my parents and grandparents are art collectors. Andy Warhol has always been a family favorite.
